Unlike any other auto insurance offerings, we will provide safety information, preventive tips, and services and rewards to help our customers drive better and minimize their chance of having accidents. For example, we will let you know which route is safer to navigate and which parking lot is safer to park, and we’ll suggest you drive slower in bad weather or traffic. We’ll encourage you to minimize the distractions of using your phone on the road and also recommend that you use autonomous driving and parking features at the right time. We will provide your driving safety scores based on where, when, and how you drive. By understanding your driving behaviors, we can provide various rewards for improving your scores. It will all be on our mobile app and in your car infotainment system. Good driving helps keep us all safer, both on the road and off. And good driving can save drivers both money and hassle. Personalized and fairest pricing. Each driver’s safety score can be different at different times and locations; our ability to proactively let you know about the hazards on the road in real-time — will allow us to accurately predict the risks of the driver for the immediate future. Hence, we can provide the right pricing for that consumer, which will reflect their unique safety profile at that time. We will move away from simple pricing based on where you live, what education you’ve attained, and other generalizing characteristics. In the future, we’ll leverage technology to remove costs in the operation of underwriting, claim processing, customer support, roadside assistance, and more. We’ll then pass the savings on to consumers to ensure our customers get the best pricing by signing up with Novo. Delightful experience. It is our core value to delight our customers.
